You can do it baby!! I lost the weight before I decided to quit and believe me, quitting the smoking is TEN THOUSAND times HARDER than losing weight!! If you can stay quit for 43 days, you can definately control your eating!! :) Good luck! Today is a new day! I have just read a bunch of past posts and am now totally motivated and jazzed up! I know it's going to be hard work, and I'll need a lot of determination. If I can Quit smokin! I can Quit eating!! Thank you for the inspiration. Eating well and exercise are the only ways to loose the weight! I guess I've been in denial. (Just like I was before my quit) I have to be ready to make the commitment and then just go for it!!! I can do this!! So can You!!! Let's make this the day!!! I'm off for a walk with my kids (5 today) we may be slow but we're pretty cute!! See ya all later!! charlie girl Never thought I would make it this far!!! Yipee!! :p My Milage: My Quit Date: 1/9/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 43 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 261 Amount Saved: $86 Life Gained: Days: 3 Hrs: 8 Mins: 29 Seconds: 9

Good for you Charlie Girl, you certainly seem to have a positive attitude. That will get you far in your quit. You're almost 1/2 way to the beach! WooHoo!! Keep Strong.
