Cheryl, So glad you stayed home, and its the fear of the unknown, even if its a med we have been on, we think, will I be more nervous, will it be too much for my body, will I be more drugged feeling, oh my gosh I swallowed it, and there is no going back now, =anxiety. Anytime I have had a medication adjustment I do it on the weekends when I have my family home with me, just getting over the first few days knowing Im not alone in the worst case scenario. Im glad you got some rest, normally an increase will make you a bit more sedated but NOT DRUGGED out feeling, and rest does the body good. Keep us posted.

Thanks Susanne. I really don't know what it is that makes me nervous about them, it just seems to go with the territory. I took it at 9:00, fell asleep at 10:00 and didn't wake up until 2:00!! So glad I had the day off! lol

Hi Cheryl, Feeling a little nervous about changing the dosage of your meds is understandable. What is it that makes you nervous? Let me know if I can help answer any questions or concerns... Susanne

Hi, I have the day off today (have to work tomorrow). I have been taking Paxil CR for a week now (12.5mg) and today is the day I move up to 25mg. I just took it and feel kind of nervous about it. I don't know why meds scare me when they are obviously helping me but I can't help feeling a little anxious about it. Cheryl
