Hey Outlaw: How's it going? Did you ever read that one (older too) by Dr. Thomas Leaman called "Healing the Anxiety Diseases"? I haven't been dealing with anixety as long as you, but I found it extremely helpful because it lists all the body systems that anxiety/panic affects and gives a great detailed explanation of each system & it's related symptoms. It doesn't give a whole lot of cognitive therapy stuff, which I didn't want anyway. I would say it's the best book in terms of understanding how anxiety affects the actual individual body systems - very helpful for me! John 3:16

How are you feeling? Try reading something by Dr. Brian Weiss...It has helped me, but am still on medication.... Good luck and keep us posted....

I finishedthe clare weeks book,got i got mad when i saw shock treatment..So i was like the book over all is good but very outdated..ive asked the board before,but im going to return this one..i dont want an anti medicine eithier..ive read some you should do all by yourself..which is cool if your not chemical imbalanced..so give me some choices,and give me a brief description... outlaw
