it may sound silly, but sometimes i read a book. it gets my mind thinking about the characters instead of myself. books are where i can use my imagination in a good way. try reading for an hour or 2 then lay down and think about what you read. hopefully you'll fall asleep thinking about it and dream away in happy land :)

Sometimes benedryl helps. I've been tok it's the safest over-the -counter thing to take. I have a lot of trouble too, and am trying to wean myself off slepping pills after 2 years on them. Cat
